Zero tolerance

Flint has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We prohibit any content, behaviour or interaction that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation of minors, and any sexual contact with or between minors. This applies everywhere in Flint: profiles, photos, videos, posts, comments, groups, chats and messages.

Flint is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts belonging to minors, and any profile or content sexualising minors, are removed immediately upon discovery.

Reporting

If you see or experience anything on Flint that endangers a child, report it immediately:

• In the app: use the Block & Report option on the member’s profile. For content involving child safety, also email the contact below.
• By email: write to wohakelvin@gmail.com — this inbox is monitored by our Child Safety point of contact, WoHA Kelvin Chizy.
• If a child is in immediate danger: contact your local police or emergency services right away.

We act on every child safety report: we remove the content, suspend the account involved during review, preserve the relevant evidence where legally required, report suspected CSAM to the appropriate authorities (such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement), and permanently ban accounts that violate this policy.

Our commitments

• No tolerance for CSAE in any form, by any user, ever.
• Prompt removal of offending content and accounts.
• Cooperation with law enforcement investigations, including preserving and providing records where legally required.
